PFU (EMEA) Ltd appoints new president & CEO
PFU (EMEA) Ltd has appointed Mr Yasunari Shimizu as president and chief executive officer. Mr Shimizu succeeds Mr Hiroaki Kashiwagi, who is stepping down after five years. Mr Shimizu brings extensive leadership experience from PFU’s Japanese and overseas companies and will lead the company into its next phase of growth, building on the strong foundations established under Mr Kashiwagi’s tenure. Mr Kashiwagi has served as president and CEO since April 2021, during which time he led the company through a period of transformation in an evolving market. “On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Mr Kashiwagi for his leadership and service over the past five years,” said Brian Fortune, general manager
sales PFU (EMEA) Ltd. “His vision and dedication have set us on course to keep leading the market through our commitment to innovation and quality. “The board is delighted to welcome Mr Shimizu. Louie Pastor appointed CEO at Xerox
Louie Pastor has been appointed chief executive officer at Xerox, replacing Steve Bandrowczak. Louie most recently served as president and chief operating officer of Xerox, where he played a central role in advancing the company’s strategy and driving operational performance. In this role, he led enterprise transformation, global service delivery, revenue operations, marketing and communications, and the company’s people and technology organisations, helping accelerate Xerox’s growth initiatives. Scott Letier, chairman of the Xerox board of directors, thanked Steve for his leadership. “Louie brings a strong combination of operational discipline, strategic insight, and deep familiarity
with Xerox,” he added. “Throughout his time with the company, he has played a central role in advancing our strategy, strengthening our operating model and driving enterprise-wide transformation. The Board is confident that Louie’s leadership and focus on execution will position Xerox well as we continue to build momentum and deliver on our strategic and financial objectives.” Louie added that he was “honoured” to take up the role of CEO. “Steve’s leadership has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s foundation and positioning Xerox for long-term success,” he said. “We have a strong team and a clear focus on execution.
