This enhancement helps partners respond more quickly to customer requirements, reduce lead times and improve overall service levels. The new service is being introduced in collaboration with Konica Minolta’s authorised hardware and consumables distributor, Westcoast. The programme is being rolled out in phases and gives partners the choice to order directly from Konica Minolta, or from Westcoast, and will accept orders up to 5.00pm for next- day delivery.
