Separate services In a typical installation, data collection runs as a separate service from monitoring, update and recovery.

Supervised collection A dedicated service supervises the collector, so if something stalls, recovery starts without anyone having to notice.

Staged releases Releases roll out in stages, starting with pilot customers and widening gradually. Slow, steady and boring on purpose. Checks and automatic rollback Automated and human checks run throughout, and an automatic rollback returns to the previous version if they are not met.
