Katun appoints Cinzia Gandini as GM of EMEA
Katun Corporation has appointed Cinzia Gandini as general manager of Katun Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Since joining Katun as director of marketing in 2018, Cinzia has played an integral role in expanding the company’s solutions portfolio, advancing its sustainability initiatives, and supporting consistent sales growth across the region. She brings more than 30 years of business experience, having held leadership roles in sales and marketing at 3M and Imation. Her collaborative leadership style and deep understanding of partner needs have helped strengthen Katun’s market visibility and reinforce relationships with dealer partners. In her new role, Cinzia will oversee the strategic direction of Katun’s EMEA operations and collaborate with cross- functional teams to support Katun’s dealer partners and the company’s expanding portfolio.
“We are excited to welcome Cinzia into this critical leadership role,” said Chenyi Chiu, CEO of Katun. “Her proven industry experience, strategic vision, and commitment to our valued partners will be instrumental in guiding Katun into its next phase of growth.” Cinzia added: “I’m honoured to step into this role and grateful for the opportunity to continue working with such a talented global team. I look forward to building on our momentum, strengthening our partner relationships, and delivering meaningful value to our customers across the region.” Former general manager of Katun EMEA, Heidi Boller, has stepped down from her role after more than 35 years with the company and transitioned to the role of strategic advisor for EMEA Leadership Transition and Development, where she will continue to support leadership continuity and organisational development. n
