Intelligence led

Artificial intelligence is making an impact in various aspects of business technology and printers are no exception. The benefits are becoming clear – but it is up to resellers to extol these to their customers.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is permeating increasing parts of everyone’s lives. For instance, many of us will have interacted with chatbots now when dealing with utilities, banking or insurance providers. Or perhaps you will have had the AI- generated spam phone calls trying to get your details for nefarious purposes. AI is also helping people in businesses. Some even think it could end up replacing

AI is also having an impact on device security and will continue to in the coming months and years as the technology continues to develop at a rapid pace. In our feature focusing on print security in the education sector, we explore the unique considerations of the sector that resellers must be aware of when they are selling printers and

glut of product launches in the print sector. We highlight a range here, many with expert comment and insight from the company that has released them, including some of the highlights of the products for resellers to look out for when they are talking to customers about them. Our reviews start on p15. There will be more product launches covered in the October issue too, so look out for that next month. As always, I hope you enjoy the issue.
