Ricoh collaboration with ServiceNow
Ricoh Europe is collaborating with ServiceNow, an AI platform for business transformation, to deliver a unified service delivery platform, aiming to provide Ricoh’s customers and employees with seamless, intelligent and responsive digital management of modern workplaces. ServiceNow’s generative AI capabilities will automate and curate knowledge around complex solutions, and dynamic translations will enable experts to collaborate easily with colleagues in different countries.
The partnership builds upon a long- standing relationship between the two companies and is expected to generate significant operational benefits, including improved efficiency and increased business agility. “Businesses can’t afford downtime and interruptions, and as an organisation, we are always looking to innovate our service delivery solutions in a way that drives operational excellence, efficiency and agility for our customers and partners,” commented Marco Pezzani, customer service director at Ricoh UK. n

Canon on new NEPA framework
Canon has been included in the latest National Education Printer Agreement (NEPA) framework, managed by the Northeastern Universities Purchasing Consortium. Canon has been awarded supplier status on all the lots it tendered for, including: 👍 Lot 1: Desktop Printers – catering to B2B and B2C markets. 👍 Lot 2: Workspace Solutions – covering multifunction devices and collaborative tools. 👍 Lot 3: Managed Print Room Services – offering universities a centralised printing solution for
large-scale printing needs. 👍 Lot 4: One-Stop Shop –
This lot combines the offerings of Lots 1, 2, and 3, providing a holistic solution that covers all printing and workspace needs in one package. Canon's place on the NEPA framework provides a key route to market for the higher education sector, allowing universities to access its comprehensive range of products and services. The NEPA framework also permits suppliers to nominate up to three resellers to deliver services as prime contractors. Canon has named SCC, Vision and Aurora across Lots 2, 3, and 4. n
